Kindness of the staff. Great pool, parking onsite. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Unfailingly friendly staff especially by duty manager Suad and the guest relations Mounia From the point of arrival to the point of departure EXCELLENT service and secluded location. Exceptional food in the restaurants such as Bait al Bahr, located 5 min away.

The resort is stylish and spacious; perfect for a holiday. the staff, especially Duty Manager Suad and Guest Relations Mounia, were extremely friendly and provided excellent service from start to finish. the location is stunning, especially at the beautiful Sultana restaurant. I had a fantastic dining experience at the Michelin-starred restaurant near the hotel.

The room was well decorated with an absolutely breathtaking view of the sea. We had central heating, a private safe and multi-channel TV in the room. The location on a cliff with a private beach was beautiful.

Everything was second to none, the parking was on site, the room was large. Our room had a very comfy bed and a magnificent view. The breakfast was free with a lot of dishes. Location: the hotel was just off the Muttrah souk @ 15:30 & 17:00 and delightful airport putting Heathrow to shame...

The staff here is incredibly polite and accommodating.

The resort offers good facilities and is located in stunning private areas. the proximity to various restaurants, the Long Bar outdoor area, and a private beach with crystal clear water for swimming adds to the charm of the resort.

The hotel is perfectly clean and has genuinely helpful staff. Excellent location close to a scraggy cliff overlooking the sea. - the beachfront at the sister properties in the evenings is a great addition.
